No, the meeting content is accessed from your website and the media file is embedded in our custom portal player.

Can we have private content only for staff?

Yes, you can have a public or private library.

Are there ads on the page?

No, the portal is custom designed or i-framed within your website.

Is it meeting content only?

It supports all types of content - meetings, events, PSAs, etc.

How many video files can we have?

Lots - Up to 2,000 videos.

What media file formats are supported?

WMV, FLV, MPEG4, MOV and others.

Any limitations on video length or resolution?

You have unlimited length and resolution on media files.

Can it be audio file?

Yes, it can be an audio and/or video file.

What if YouTube changes its terms?

We contractually agree to migrate clients to our platform at no cost and at the same pricing if YouTube changes its terms for governments.
