The goal of the Chicagoland Innovation Leadership Network (CILN) is to create and foster a regional community of young professionals interested in innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity and provide unique and meaningful opportunities to learn, network and explore the possibilities, individually and collectively, that innovation and entrepreneurship provide.
  

The CILN aims to:

-Proactively shape the future workforce of the region, as well as building up the next generation of business and community leaders

-Foster the development of up-and-coming business and civic leaders committed to innovation and entrepreneurship in the Chicagoland region

-Focus on attracting and retaining talent to the Chicagoland region

-Provide a voice on issues affecting young professionals

-Create a “community” of innovators and entrepreneurs who can learn from one another and develop into a strong voice promoting an innovation ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship and economic growth throughout Chicagoland
