Chicagoland Innovation Leadership Network

Featuring leadership expert Gia Interlandi of the Leadership Conservatory
Innovation and leadership require constant renewal, creativity, dedication and effective enrollment of followers, but how can we lead, innovate and sustain our business simultaneously? Leadership fatigue can beset even the most energetic entrepreneur and business person. Let’s talk about sustainable leadership and staying fit as leaders. We will explore challenging questions about leadership fitness over hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine at tables of four in a café setting facilitated by experienced World Café and corporate meeting facilitators.
The World Café was created by a group of entrepreneurs in California who promote the practice of creative conversations globally. The Café process asks participants to openly discuss difficult and meaningful questions with one another in a relaxed environment. As entrepreneurs and innovators, we can become disconnected from others with similar struggles; the World Café conversations uncover the wisdom of the group through a series of conversations that matter. We will provide the questions. We ask you to come with more questions, your imagination and a willingness to explore with others.
