BRUCE A. ANDERSON

Partner and Vice President, IBM Global Business Services

Mr. Anderson leads an 850 person supply chain practice for IBM’s Global Business Services unit serving Industrial Sector clients. He has been in the consulting field for the past twenty five years, and with IBM for the past twelve. Mr. Anderson serves clients in the electronics, aerospace, automotive and industrial products industries.

In this role, Mr. Anderson oversees major supply chain transformation projects, ranging from supply chain strategy through process design and systems implementation. His teams cover all major ERP vendors as well as many specialized packages in the areas of supply chain planning and manufacturing execution systems.

For his practice, Mr. Anderson manages all aspects of capacity management, resource deployment and professional development. He sits on several committees focused on transforming supply chains for clients, including the Global Senior Leadership Team for IBM’s Supply Chain Management service line. In addition to these responsibilities, he performs consulting engagements at various clients in the industrial sector, focused on supply chain transformation issues.
